Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day returns policy from the date you receive your items. All returned products must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- In the original packaging (especially important for fragile items like garden parasol bases or Christmas tree stands)
- Unused and free from damage (as you’d expect from our quality garden hand tools)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- The return address for your region
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your return (just as we package our garden furniture accessories) including:
- All original packaging materials
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside
- For Christmas trees or large garden benches, please use protective wrapping
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days via your preferred shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. For international returns (outside Asia/remote regions), please note:
- We recommend using a tracked service (like DHL or FedEx)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
