Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons (especially for Christmas trees and garden furniture). We cannot ship to some remote regions outside Asia.

We stand behind our quality garden products and festive decorations with a straightforward 15-day returns policy from your delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (especially important for fragile items like garden parasol bases or Christmas tree stands)
  • Unused and free from damage

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened compost, soil & bark chippings, or compost bins & waste bags. These items are considered final sale.

Simple 4-Step Return Process

  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • The return address for your region

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package your items including:

  • All original packaging materials
  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside
  • For large items like Christmas trees or garden benches, use protective wrapping

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days via your preferred shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • We sent the incorrect item

For international returns (outside Asia/remote regions):

  • We recommend using a tracked service (DHL or FedEx)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs fees are the responsibility of the sender
